SHIPPING, CANCELLATION, AND REFUND POLICY
1. CANCELLATION POLICY (PRIOR TO SHIPMENT)
Orders can be cancelled before 12:00 PM (noon) on the following day after order placement and before they are processed or shipped, with no extra fees.

Once the cancellation is confirmed, a full refund will be initiated to your original payment method.
Please note: Orders that have already been packed or shipped are not eligible for cancellation.
2. RETURN POLICY
We accept returns for items that are incorrect, defective, or damaged within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Return Conditions:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- You must provide a valid proof of purchase (order number & invoice).
- Returned items must be properly packed to prevent damage in transit.

Customers are responsible for the cost and risk of returning items, unless the product was received in a damaged or incorrect condition.
Return is accepted for the following reasons:
- Incorrect item: Wrong size, color, or product delivered
- Damaged item: Defects, damage in transit, or faulty finishing
Returns that do not meet the above criteria may be rejected.
3. REFUND POLICY
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process a full refund or offer store credit, based on your request.
Refund Method & Timeline:
- Online Bank Transfer: 3–5 working days
- Credit Card / E-wallets: Processing time may vary by issuing bank
Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
4. SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping Address
We only ship to the billing/shipping address provided at checkout. Please ensure the address and phone number provided are accurate. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Any return or failed delivery due to incorrect address will incur additional re-delivery charges.
Change of Shipping Address
To update your shipping address, contact us at hello@jemima.com.my within 12 hours of placing your order.
Requests after this period may result in additional charges if the order has already been processed.
Shipping Timeline
Orders are typically shipped on the next working day (Monday–Friday).
Delivery timeframe to your doorstep will depend on the selected shipping provider and location.
Tracking Your Parcel
Once your order is shipped, your tracking number will be sent to your email or updated in your Jemima account. Use this to monitor your delivery status in real time.
