10. Refund Policy
Returns are accepted within 7 days from the delivery date.
Items must be in unused condition, with original tags.
Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds are issued as store credit within 7-10 business days after we receive the item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
11. Shipping & Delivery Policy
- In-stock items: 2–5 working days (Standard Delivery).
- Out-of-stock items: Please contact our customer service for availability or assistance.
12. Payments
We accept multiple payment methods including:
FPX, Credit/Debit Cards, Boost, Touch ‘n Go, IOU Pay, Apple Pay, Atome, JCB, ShopBack Pay, and Click2Pay.
Installment plans are available via Atome (3-month or 6-month options).
All payments are subject to validation and authorization by your card issuer. We are not liable for delays or non-delivery due to payment authorization failures.
